Orders totaling $400 and over will include free shipping. This will automatically be calculated during checkout.

Delivery
Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of receipt. If your order is placed after 12 p.m. Monday through Friday, your order will be processed the next business day. We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. You will receive an email with shipping information when your order has shipped.

Shipping Options
We ship via USPS and offer Priority Mail (2-3 days), Express Mail (1-2 days), and USPS Parcel Post (6-8 days). The shipping cost depends on the type of the item(s), which will be calculated for you during checkout.

Insurance
Insurance is included with every USPS Express Main and USPS Priority Mail order. Shipping is not available with USPS Parcel Post, and is available via UPS Worldwide Saver when applicable. When shipping internationally, items are not gauranteed for delivery.

International Shipping
We can ship internationally via UPS. When placing an order, enter your city, country and postal code in the appropriate fields.  The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order. You will be notified of the extra cost to your specific Country via email prior to being charged for your order. International orders take an additional 24 hours of processing. There is no guarantee when shipping internationally, as packages get lost when leaving and entering certain counties. Please take note of this disclaimer.

Multiple Shipments
Shipments to more than 1 address need to be placed as separate orders, and will be processed as such. There is no discount for multiple items purchased at this time.

Order Status
If you've provided a valid email address when you order, you will receive a confirmation email.

Out of Stock
While we make every effort to have featured merchandise in stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, you will receive an email notification with an expected ship date, or a notification of non-availability of the item. If the wait for the item is too long for you, feel free to cancel the order. Items made here are unique and one of a kind, but if you feel you would still like the item, and it is not available, we will try to match the item the best we can. Before shipping it out to you, photos will be sent to your email address, and you must reply with confirmation to go ahead or not with the new product.
