Return Policy
The unused product must be returned within 21 days of receipt (as indicated by UPS) for an exchange, in-store credit on a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit. Products must be in new condition with all tags and packaging in place. Any Used, abused, or broken products after use items will not be accepted.
The following items are exceptions to the returns guidelines and
are NON-Refundable.NON-exchangeable:
* We do not accept returns for custom order items.
• All returns must obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be obtained by contacting Janet Quinn directly
at 815-715-5550.
• We suggest that you ship your return back to us via UPS or US Postal Service with insured service. This will protect you in case it is damaged or lost in transit. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
* Any item that is returned that has been shipped out on free
shipping promotion will be liable for original incurred cost of
shipping on item(s). Example, ordered item for $125.00 with free
shipping. If items(s) are returned and item(s) were shipped for
say $7.06 UPS you will then now be liable for the UPS shipping
since item was returned.
* Any item that is returned within the 21-day period, is also
subject to shipping charges. Example, ordered item for $150.00
with $12 shipping. Item is returned and customer is credited $150
less the $12 shipping.
