MONEY BACK GAURANTEE

Any gaurantee of my purchase?

30-day money back gaurantee. The cost of the product and all applicable taxes will be refunded. The shipping is non-refundable, and the purchaser must pay to send the item(s) back to us. If the item is in any way damaged, used, or lost, the purchaser is subject to a restocking fee or no refund at all, with in that case, the item being sent back to you, the purchaser.

SECURITY

What type of security does CrownJewelsDesign.com provide for online transactions?

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order information. When you place an order online and provide your credit card number, SSL encrypts all personal information including your card number, name and address. With this encryption, only we have the ability to decode your information.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

You may purchase a gift certificate by calling Janet Quinn directly at 815-715-5550. Let her know how much you would like the certificate to be for, and she will ask you for your credit card information to process the amount. You may also send a Paypal amount to: paypal@crownjewelsdesign.com
Two ways to recieve the certificate:
(1) You will recieve via email within 48 hours a special link for the reciever of the certificate to go to, and the amount will automatically be decucted at checkout.
(2) You may also recieve the above, but on a special Crown Jewels Design card with the amount purchased. The link will also be printed on the card as well for the user to have the amount deducted at checkout. This will be mailed to you and may take up to 7 business days to recieve. If you don't have enough time, go with option (1).
NOTE: The reciever has one year from the date of purchase to use the certificate.
